Installation notes and information:
Bochs:
* If you have issues logging in or locking the screen with CTRL-ALT-DEL, hold down the Control+Alt buttons, click somewhere outside of the Bochs/Windows NT window, release Control+Alt buttons, move the mouse back into the Bochs/Windows NT window, and then press the delete button.
* If you use the LGPL licensed VGABIOS, you need a minimum version of 0.4c or higher.
* The maximum CPUID limit is 3. cpu: cpuid_limit_winnt=1 (or cpu: cpuid_limit_winnt=3) needs to be set in the Bochs configuration file.
