Guest PC has been updated to version 1.9.7. The changes are:

* Occasional crashes on Guest PC load with no network
* Inability downloading maps to the Garmin GPS

Guest PC, a PowerPC-based virtual environment for Mac OS X, has once again been updated (apparently there was no 1.9.1 or 1.9.2):

Bug Fixes

* Crash in Nokia PC Suite
* After Hibernate crash in Windows XP
* Sound cripple/distortion in some applications
* Some FPU emulation errors

Enhancements

* MMX instruction set added
* Up to 15% performance boost
* Improved printing to Mac printers
* Better stability and compatibily

Once again, just as version 1.9 offered a huge performance boost, so to has 1.9.3, with the addition of MMX instructions. For those users still on PowerPC-based Macs, this is welcome news, as every bit of performance they can squeeze out of it is needed.
